Are your perfumes original?
Yes. We offer original perfumes and skincare products, with every item checked for authenticity and quality before delivery. Shop with confidence at Body Garage.
Can perfume packaging change?
Yes. Manufacturers occasionally update bottles, boxes, labels and batch presentation. A packaging change alone does not mean a product is unauthentic.
Why doesn't my perfume last as long as someone else's?
Fragrance longevity and projection can differ because of skin chemistry, climate, storage, application method, environment and number of sprays. Performance information should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed number of hours.
Do you sell skincare?
Yes. Body Garage also carries selected skincare, body-care and personal-care products.

How do I place an order?
Select your product, add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery information and complete payment.
How can I pay?
Available payment options are shown securely during checkout.
Is payment secure?
Payments are processed through the secure payment provider connected to Body Garage.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an accepted order has entered processing, normal customer cancellation is not supported.
If Body Garage cannot fulfil your order because an item has become unavailable, we will contact you with the available resolution.
What happens if an item I paid for becomes unavailable?
We will contact you and may offer an alternative product, store credit or a full refund depending on the situation.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Eligible Lagos orders may qualify for same-day delivery.
Orders outside Lagos generally arrive within approximately 24–48 hours depending on the destination and logistics conditions.
Can I get same-day delivery in Lagos?
Yes, where available.
Orders placed before approximately 3 PM may qualify depending on stock availability, payment confirmation, customer location and courier availability.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges depend on your destination and are displayed during checkout.
How do I check my order?
Customers can sign in to their account to view whether an order is Processing or Delivered.

Returns
Can I return an item?
Eligible returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong, damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo or video evidence may be requested.
Can I return perfume because I don't like the scent?
Generally, no.
Fragrance preference is subjective, and an opened or used fragrance generally cannot be returned simply because the customer does not like the scent.
